Privacy, in plain language
Deadlines are case information. Here is everything this site keeps, which is very little, and everything it does not.
No accounts
There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to. The site has no user database, collects no email address, and sends no email.
What you type stays in your browser
The calculators run on your device, and computing a date sends nothing. A result writes its inputs (dates and choices, never a name or a case number) into the page address so the link reproduces it. Reloading that address, or opening a link someone shares, sends it to the host like any page request, and the host's request logs can record it. Downloading a calendar file or copying a result builds the file or the text in your browser.
What is stored on your device
fcd:analytics, in local storage, only if you turn analytics off for this browser (see below). It holds the word "off".
It is not a cookie, it does not identify you, and it is never sent anywhere. Clearing your site data clears it.
Analytics
This site counts visits with Vercel Analytics and times page loads with Vercel Speed Insights, both of which are cookieless, and, when a measurement id is set, with Google Analytics, which sets a first-party cookie to tell a returning visitor from a new one. None of them receives anything you enter into a calculator: the inputs in the page address are removed before any of them records the page.
Beyond page views, the site counts six things people do: ran a calculation, printed a result, downloaded a calendar file, copied a result's link, copied a result in the form an AI assistant reads, and copied the AI connector's server address. What is recorded is that it happened, the page, and at most a count or a file type. Not who you are, and not what you calculated.
You can switch all of it off. Open this page with analytics turned off and this browser stops reporting to any of them until you turn it back on with analytics on. The setting is one word kept in your browser's local storage. It is not a cookie, it is not an identifier, and it is never sent anywhere.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, it receives each request your browser makes (the page asked for, your IP address and your browser type) in order to serve the page. This site does not add anything you type to those requests.
The AI connector
If you connect an AI assistant to the connector, the assistant sends the dates and choices for each question to this site's server, which computes the answer and sends it back. The site has no database and does not save the questions or the answers. What your assistant keeps is governed by that assistant's own policy.
What this site never does
- It never sells or shares information about you, because it collects none to sell.
- It shows no ads and loads no advertising or social-media trackers.
- It never asks for a case name, a party name or a case number.
